Use DataUpdateCoordinator for wemo (#54866)
* Use DataUpdateCoordinator for wemo

* Rename DeviceWrapper->DeviceCoordinator and make it a subclass of DataUpdateCoordinator

* Rename async_update_data->_async_update_data to override base class

* Rename: device -> coordinator
