Assign device class to nest sensors (#14746)

* Assign device class to nest sensors

sensor/nest.NestSensor => /nest.NestSensorDevice,
so that BinarySensor platform do not reference Sensor platform anymore

* Resolve code review comment

* Follow code review comment
